Uyghur Goshnan (Frozen)

A traditional Uyghur stuffed flatbread, handmade and fried fresh before freezing — so all you need to do is reheat and enjoy. Goshnan is a beloved Central Asian street food, packed with seasoned beef and onion wrapped in soft, golden dough.

Each Goshnan is a whole round flatbread, pre-scored as a guide for 6 triangle pieces — simply reheat and cut to serve.

🔥 Reheating Instructions

• Oven (recommended) — Preheat to 180°C. Place on a lined baking tray and heat for 12–15 minutes until golden and hot through.
• Microwave — Heat on high for 5 -7 minutes. Note: oven gives a crispier result.
