The name Sayram comes from Sayram Lake — a breathtaking lake in Central Asia. It's a name that carries home, heritage and heart.

We bring with us the flavours of Uyghur cuisine — a rich and deeply loved food culture rooted in the heart of Central Asia. Dumplings, Chöchure, Goshnan — these aren't just recipes. They're memories, traditions, and a connection to home.
