Uyghur Chöchure (1kg)

A traditional Uyghur dumpling, lovingly handmade using a recipe passed down through generations. Chöchure are small, delicate parcels served in a warm, comforting broth — a staple of Central Asian home cooking and a true taste of Uyghur culture.

Each 1kg bag contains approximately 55 pieces, made by hand in our Melbourne kitchen.

🍲 Cooking Instructions Boil in water or your favourite broth for 6–8 minutes until cooked through. Serve in the broth with a drizzle of chilli oil or vinegar for an authentic Uyghur experience.
